At DirDirect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DirDirect account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value sports equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
